During the hop picking on the Polish Hops plantation, we collected 100 kilograms of fresh hop cones of Książęcy, Zula and EXP 2/20 varieties to brew the premiere beers from the Wet Hop series! This is a series in which we use only fresh hop cones, and beers are made in September, when the hops are ready for harvest! The second beer in the series is Pils! For this beer we used varieties EXP 2/20 and Zula. We hopped beer only hot – 35 g / l of fresh cone.

Browar Lubrow is a family brewery located in Borcz, near the Tri-City. It was created in 2012 by the Lubocki family. At first, Tomasz Lubocki senior was the brewer, now it is his son Dominik. In previous years, the brewery functioned as a restaurant brewery, to become a craft brewery after moving to Borcz.
