You will not find marshmallows in this beer, chocolate boxes from grandma’s birthday, or cunning food flavors. Reach for the version with real cold brew coffee from Nicaragua, maple syrup, vanilla from Madagascar and cocoa beans from Venezuela!
For this version we used coffee from the local roastery Nieczapla from Gdańsk. From among many different coffees, we selected beans from Nicaragua. Coffee was added in the form of cold brew (brewed cold), and espresso. We roasted raw cocoa beans from Venezuela and macerated vanilla from Madagascar. We added these additives along with maple syrup to this version of I’m not Pastry.

PRODUCENT - Lubrow
Browar Lubrow is a family brewery located in Borcz, near the Tri-City. It was created in 2012 by the Lubocki family. At first, Tomasz Lubocki senior was the brewer, now it is his son Dominik.
