The Middle of Silence is a night black Imperial Stout with a smooth structure brewed with the addition of peanut butter and coffee, and with a small proportion of lactose. Nuts and coffee perfectly reflect their beauty both in aroma and taste, the expressiveness of which perfectly hides the high level of alcohol. The delicate bitterness of coffee beans balances the natural sweetness, and the high alcohol content adds warming properties to the beer that will help it survive many a rainy day.
