This wine has a perfectly balanced taste and is characterized by a harmonious, light and velvety aftertaste, accompanied by the aroma of fresh fruit. In the finish, a pleasant and delicate sweetness spreads on the palate. Saperavi is an autochthonous grape from the Caucasus region, whose name is well known and recognizable by wine lovers around the world. Saperavi means “dye” in Georgian, from “sapere” meaning “dark”. It is characterized by a particularly high content of red pigment in the fruit, which gives the wine a beautiful color.
