“MARYENSZTADT SOURTIME GOOSEBERRY” is a unique beer with a characteristic style of Sour Fruit Ale, created by the renowned Maryensztadt Brewery. It is the second installment of the Sourtime series, in which the beer receives unique accents thanks to the addition of gooseberries. It is a beer with a low alcohol content of about 3.5% and an extract of 9%, which emphasizes its delicacy and at the same time the intensity of taste.
“MARYENSZTADT SOURTIME AGREST” is a beer characterized by a pleasant acid-fruit taste. Its main element is gooseberry, which gives the beer a distinctive fruity character, while bringing notes of acidity and freshness. The acidity in this beer is usually moderate, but definitely perceptible, which creates a refreshing and stimulating sensation on the palate.
The beer probably presents itself in a bright, refreshing color, and its aroma carries with it the smells of gooseberries, it can also be slightly citrus and fruity. This beer is perfect for tasting on warm days, where its acid-fruit character effectively quenches thirst and provides pleasant taste sensations. Thanks to the support of the Norwegian Funds, we will soon build a 100% ecological brewery that is environmentally friendly. We will launch ecological production in Sycyna (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), located a few kilometers from Zwoleń - the current production site of our beers. The property in Sycyna consists of 4 outbuildings that will be revitalized and adapted to ecological production. The investment in Sycyna will be an additional location for the brewery, present at Sportowa 3 in Zwoleń, it will continue to be a production plant for Maryensztadt beers. As part of the EkoBrowar project, implemented with the support of the Norwegian Funds, a number of process innovations will be implemented that will enable environmentally friendly production, minimizing its negative impact on the climate.
