This liquor is a classic mead, although not fully “pure”. To subtly improve the taste and soften the intense sweetness, we added a small amount of sour apple juice to it. However, this admixture is so delicate that the taste of apples is practically imperceptible.
Mead was created from multiflower spring honey with the addition of buckwheat honey. It is poured into stoneware bottles, which further emphasizes and enhances its taste. It contains about 16% alcohol. It is a unique beverage that delights with its balance of flavor and subtlety, making it an ideal choice for mead lovers.
