What makes this Sessiona Ipa stand out? At first glance, nothing special. Standard extract for monster session – 14blg. Hopping with varieties HBC586, HBC630 and a bit of Sabro. The magic will work during fermentation, where we used a strain of yeast that works well with thiols. You will probably ask what kind of strain it is. If I told you, I’d have to kill you… I will only write that it is a strain multiplied from under the armpit of a brewer in an underground laboratory 😉 Do not ask in the comments, I will not even write a word! So expect a lot of grape, grapefruit and tropical aromas. However, whether it all made sense, you will judge! As soon as you try the 5-Year Plan, be sure to let me know if you liked it.
