MONSTERS YELLOW X West Coast IPA 6% 0.5L

Yellow X is an ipka, whose malt base is based on Heidelberg malt and oat malt – without excesses and no caramel 😉 The extract is a modest 14blg because I did not want this beer to be somehow very downtrodden. For fermentation are responsible, and here is this unusualness, bottom-fermented yeast – Munich Lager. So this is not an Ejl, just a vile disguise. On the label should be written West Coast COLD Ipa, but somehow it turned out that the version from before the amendment went to print. Beer purists will have to survive this oversight. Hopping rather classic than super new wave – the trio of Citra, Mosaic and Amarillo did a good job. The aromatic profile is the tropics, citrus and characteristic of the West Coast pine. The taste is dry with a rather high bitterness. For those who order a modest sample, it will probably be too little, but I guarantee that it will be solid in the feeling after drinking half a liter glass, and at the same time it will not tire enough to take away your desire to order another half liter. The brewer is satisfied with the effect.
