A few days ago we were visited by our friends from Harce – Bistro na Przełęczy. “Harce” is a charming place on the Wieżyca Pass in Sobótka offering great and at the same time diverse cuisine at the highest level and in the permanent offer of beer from our brewery. And soon it will also offer a cooperative beer of the same name. The idea that guided us when creating the recipe was clear. Let’s brew extremely drinkable and maximally fruit-hop Hazy IPA. And we have it! Beer ferments calmly and the effects of this cooperation will be presented to you soon. Premiere, of course, in Bistro “Harce” on the Pass under Wieżyca in Sobótka!
