When we received the first delivery of Talus from the 2021 harvest a few months ago, it immediately became clear that this year this variety will play the first violin in our brewery. After opening the first package from Yakima Chief Hops,we were attacked by distinct notes of fresh tropical fruits and crisp, juicy citrus. The same awaits you after opening the can of our new Single Hop. Talus is the king of all hops. Another year leaves other varieties far behind, but we are not going to grieve, just lose ourselves in the best.
