Nepomucen Ole Non-Alcoholic Spanish Gose is a non-alcoholic (up to 0.5% alc.), fruity interpretation of the traditional style of wheat beer, which has recently gained popularity again. It was brewed from wheat, rye and barley malt, with the addition of peaches, oranges, apples, lemon juice and Himalayan salt.
Lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus) are responsible for the sour taste notes. In taste and aroma, it has distinct fruity notes from additives, as well as the characteristics of a salty Gose-style wheat beer.
