While developing Hit The Road Belgium, we reached for the tradition of Belgian monastery breweries. Adding spices to Belgian styles is not new, although the Belgian Triple is not one of those eager to experiment.
Once brewed exclusively in monasteries by monks, these beers are characterized by a delicate hop aroma, notes of dried fruits and spices.
Belgian Triple is a beer with a high alcohol content and a strong extract, and at the same time pleasant and very drinkable.
Playing with this style, we added a distinctive pink pepper.
