Our Tea Time Earl Grey IPA is a beer with a distinctive, tea aroma. There are notes of bergamot, citrus fruit, caramel and sponge cake.

Legends say that tea was discovered by the Chinese emperor Shennong 3000 years BC. There is also a theory that the Hebratha came to China from Assam with Buddhist monks in the third century AD. However, it came to Europe only in the seventeenth century.
