Anstadt are beers brewed in tribute to the founder of the Old Polish Brewery Zenon Anstadt. When developing them, old documents describing the process of brewing beer in the Łódź region in the second half of the nineteenth century were used. Thanks to the traditional method of production, contemporary brewers of the Staropolski Brewery managed to refer in these beers to the times of its foundation.
