Brewed in December 2013, aged for over half a year in a French red wine barrel.
Thanks to secondary fermentation by wild yeast present in the barrel, it gained much more than just
additional alcohol. Prepared in a strictly limited quantity of less than six hundred bottles thanks to the help of

PRODUCENT - Olimp
Olimp Brewery was established at the beginning of 2013 on the initiative of Michał Olszewski. The establishment of the brewery was a response to the revolution of the Polish brewing scene, which began in small steps. Michał, who had been creating the Toruńskie Piwo brand for a year, had contacts in several regional breweries and this helped to translate the idea into actual production quite quickly.
