Light top-fermented beer in the style of Fruit Sour with the addition of raspberries. Intensely fruity, juicy and expressively sour. Acidity comes from yogurt bacteria, acidifying the wort at the initial stage of brewing. Different from the classic styles of beer, dry, full of flavors, at the same time very refreshing.
