PINTA Hops Attack is a fancifully hopped beer in the style of American India Pale Ale. The first AIPA from a Polish brewery. We have been brewing the Hops Attack since March 28, 2011. Our AIPA is a red-copper, full-bodied top-fermented beer. The taste and aroma of citrus, floral, resinous, pine and fruit comes from American hops. Hops Attack – this is how the revolution begins!

Formula: Ziemowit Fałat

Ingredients: water, barley malts: pale ale, melanoidin, Carared®, Carapils, hops® (USA): Citra®, Simcoe®, Cascade, Amarillo®; yeast SafAle™ US-05.
