PINTA Hoppy Crew: What’s So Funny? Simcoe® / Mosaic® / Nectaron® / Enigma™ – brews new DDH HAZY DIPA and hits cans. Double India Pale Ale, which we hopped both in the boiler and cold varieties Simcoe®, Mosaic®, Nectaron® and Enigma™. As a result, pine notes, white fruits, citrus and kerosene prevailed in this beer.
Hop Rate: 24 g/litre
Ingredients : water, malts: Pilsen barley , oatmeal; flakes: oatmeal, wheat, rice; hops: to the boiler: Flex® extract; on whirlpool: Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic®® BBC; cold tank: Nectaron®, Enigma™, Simcoe® Cryo Hops®; yeast London Ale III.
Glass: PINTA shaker.
