PINTA IIPPAA – Double IPA from the West Coast of the USA is characterized by several things. Beer must be saturated with hops, have intense bitterness and dry taste. To maximally expose the aroma of citrus and fruit hops, we used DryHopnik – a special system for grinding hop granules and its circulation in beer during aging. Double cold hopping and short aging period provide the freshest and most intense aroma of double IPA.

Ingredients: water, malted barley pale ale, pilsen, sugar; hops (USA): Simcoe®, Citra®, Columbus, Falconers Flight®; yeast Fermentis SafAle™ US-05.
