The second beer is Tennessee – also an imperial stout and also aged in a whisky barrel from the same state, but this time it was Chattanooga – Tennessee Bourbon with 21% rye backfill.
On the label there is one of the symbols of this state – that is, Iris.
The aroma and taste gives us a lot of coffee and dark chocolate. Strong, dark beer that you can enjoy for a long time.
