Appearance: brown, opaque, light beige foam, large, nice lacing.
Fragrance: citrus-hemp, just neither Sabro nor Loss citrus should be, hemp, resins, a lot of berries, milkiness, cereals, bread, bread crust, but not necessarily burnt, delicate caramel and milk chocolate, but these dark notes are really at the very end.
Taste: smooth, fruity, milky, some cereal, cereal coffee, some milk chocolate, but as in the smell, dark notes are completely secondary to this beer. There is a lot of melanoidinity here, but not going in the dark direction of the pumpernickel type, rather toasted toast, wheat bread, there is also a nut, but milkiness and hops dominate. Double IPA. I do not know where this milkiness comes from, there is neither lactose nor oats in the composition.

The Promised Land Brewery is a project of home brewer Łukasz Kierski and his fiancée Justyna. Originally, it was to be located in their hometown of Łódź, but due to the rental costs, they finally decided on nearby Pabianice. As I have childhood memories associated with this city, as soon as I found out about the location of the brewery, I decided to visit the Promised Land. Łukasz and Justyna are passionate and committed people who have invested all their savings in the brewery. Łukasz wants to stand out on the market primarily because he uses liquid yeast. As he said, the original plans were even more ambitious, because he wanted to use rarely used strains.
