CITRUS PALE ALE – a light top-fermented beer in the style of Pale Ale, in which we combined raw materials from different parts of the world: American hops (Columbus, Citra and Cascade), Belgian additives (m.in. coriander) and English yeast. The striking aroma of citrus, m.in. The effect of candied lemon peel, harmonizes in beer with a delicate malt foundation.
