“BATORY” – IMPERIAL BALTIC🇵🇱 PORTER Our approach to brewing the brewing treasure Polish. An interesting fact is that we used more than twice as much malt for mashing as for Our Pils. The rich composition of as many as seven types of malt is broken by a definite bitterness at the level of 40IBU coming from domestic varieties of hops Lubelski and Sybilla. Parameters at the level of 24blg and 11% alk will make the beer a good companion for long winter evenings.
