Matusalem rum is produced using a unique method called Solera, the secrets of which are passed down from generation to generation.
In this method, the maturation of distillates and their mixing is based on rarely used techniques used in the production of sherry, brandy and cognac. Ron Matusalem Anejo was first produced in Santiago de Cuba in 1872, using a special distillation and preparation process of spirits mentioned earlier – Solera.
Matusalem Anejo is a premium rum with a unique taste and exceptional smoothness.
Smell: palpable molasses, Damerara sugar, toffee and vanilla.
Flavor: delicate vanilla cream, toffee with spice notes.
