Plum brandy is a distillate obtained from plums, with roots in the Slavic tradition and produced mainly in Central and Eastern Europe and the Balkan Peninsula.
Podbeskidzka Plum Brandy is a unique beverage made from natural, carefully selected ingredients, including crystal clear water and the highest quality plums.
The production process is careful and based on traditional methods, including alcoholic fermentation and distillation of plums, followed by aging in oak barrels with a capacity of 225 liters. Plum brandy is a beverage that should be tasted slowly, in small sips, preferably from tasting glasses.
Due to its high alcohol content, there is also a milder version of this plum brandy, which can be added to tea according to a traditional highlander recipe.
