This is the second brew of this beer, in which we have significantly changed the recipe.
We switched to London Ale III yeast and chose in our opinion a more interesting combination of hops.
Lotus – Citra – Cascade introduce a powerful hit of citrus, mainly lemons and oranges. In the background appears melon and pineapple with a pleasant grapefruit bitterness.
We are very pleased with it and look forward to your feedback.
Etiquette is the icing on the cake. Probably, this is why we feel such sentiment for this beer. We combined our joint teasers and it turned out that our childhood room looked very similar.
