The third beer in the Book of Hops series, from TankBusters, will surprise you with currently rare varieties of hops – The Bruce and Meridian. The first variety is a blend of New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacifica and Southern Cross, responsible for the floral notes, orange, citrus and gooseberry. The second one enjoys recognition thanks to the intense notes of mango and lychee. Suma sumarum, we get a solid beer with a tropical character and interesting fullness, called in short as Book of Hops vol.3!
