We brewed a dark, decadent wheat-style beer made from the chocolate malt of wheat to highlight the richness passed on by aging the barrel. Then we divided the beer into three ingredients, putting them in new American oak barrels with varying degrees of barrel toast and char. This edition presents caramel, chocolate, vanilla and slightly smoky notes derived from aging in medium-roasted oak barrels. Taste it side by side with light toast and alligator counterparts to ensure the journey of aging barrels full of circles.
