In honor of the pioneer of aviation from Stratford, Igor Sikorsky, we created this most unconventional Russian Imperial Stout. Made of rye and aged in oak whisky barrels, which give it depth of character like no other. We think that Igor would be pleased with the attention to detail in our creation.
