Two Towers Limit Edition – Braggot Sweet Wine Barrel Aged Stoneware 0.5L (only 20 bottles!)

The MIODOŻERA version aged in a barrel of Polish bright dessert wine. Aging in a barrel gave it a unique balance and an unusual vanilla aroma created as a result of processes occurring in natural oak wood. An additional depth of taste is given by light fruity notes of white wine.

Miodożer took first place and was awarded the Gold Medal at the Greater Poland Beer Cup 2021 competition in the category “Beers with additives – fruit, vegetables, honey”!

The use of honey in the production of alcoholic beverages is probably as old as the entire history of alcohol production. Braggot is an example of a beverage made on the basis of cereal malt, in which honey is added before or during fermentation, so it is not nauseatingly sweet. Tasting, honey, warming, but not alcoholic – these are the words you can use to describe our Braggot. Full of aroma used in a large amount of natural buckwheat honey (as much as 37% of the “fill”).
