Made from Merlot grapes grown and harvested specifically for the production of rosé wine. It is harvested early to preserve the bright acidity and bright fruity aromas of the wine. After harvesting, limited maceration is carried out: the grapes are crushed and give time for the juice to come into contact with the skin of the grapes. The wine has a light pink color with a delicate strawberry and raspberry flavor. The taste is soft and velvety with peppery notes at the finish.
The wine goes well with fish dishes, seafood and cold snacks.
