Cantine Falcone’s Negroamaro is a red, dry wine with a Protected Geographical Indication from Puglia, made from 100% Negroamaro grapes grown in a hilly area with calcareous red soil. The wine has an intense ruby red colour with purple reflections and shows the characteristics of a young, fruity wine with winey and pleasant notes. It is dry, full-bodied, soft and long-lasting, with just the right amount of tannins. Negroamaro Cantine Falcone, due to its intensity, is a valuable wine for the entire menu, especially for mature meats, roasted or stewed white and red meats and slightly spicy cheeses.
