My dear, today a few words about the additives that co-create S Y N E R G Y
A word of introduction: As in the case of a beer base and a barrel, the selection of appropriate ingredients is a well-thought-out process.
Before we decide on a specific variety of coffee, maple syrup or fruit, we try and test for a long time.
Only when we are sure of the quality of a given product, we trust the (usually local) supplier and we have performed several (teen/dozen) tests… we add it to the beer If of course it fits our plan
To S Y N E R G Y – Russian Imperial Stout – we decided to add maple syrup, cocoa beans and vanilla to the composition.
Syrup, we chose the darkest. In his case, the dark color indicates the intensity and nobility of the variety.
Cocoa beans, a variety of Peru Satipo, have been specially selected, imported and freshly roasted by friendly local craftsmen of Beskid Chocolate
The vanilla we used is Bourbon Madagascar, brought by us, of course in the form of sticks
