Natural, delicate vanilla in sticks – this time a blend of varieties Uganda and Papua New Guinea.
Lightly roasted, expressive coconut flakes from Sri Lanka. And coffee… But here we have to stop for a moment and step by step go through coffee inception.
All thanks to friendly craftsmen from Dobra Roastery Kawa. Together we selected and tested the varieties until it fell on Brazil Catuai Vermelho.
They brought green coffee beans for us and at that time, we sent them empty barrels of L I B E R T Y, so that the beans could age in them before roasting.
Only after aging and roasting, the whole beans went to the Hog and here, straight to the beer at the infusion stage.
