Demode, our doppelbock, was brewed in cooperation with
the Łańcut
Brewery.
Double goat is a beer with roots in medieval monasteries, where it was supposed to provide monks with a solid dose of bodily refreshment during periods of fasting. At the moment, it is a counter-revolutionary beer, because the first violin is played by malt and bread flavors, and the “king” hops has been relegated to the role of an extra.
Try an unfashionable kid, you will remember that beer is made from malt!
