“Barley Wine” is a beer in which malt plays the main role. We used as many as seven different types of malts from three different countries and four renowned malting plants. In the brewing process, we used only malt, avoiding additives in the form of sugar, malt extract or lactose, which is in line with the spirit of craft beer tradition.

The aroma of this beer is rich and above all, red stone fruits such as cherries stand out. After a while, the beer opens, revealing nutty and caramel notes. In taste, you can expect a pleasant sweetness that is reminiscent of toffee and a delicate note of toasted bread. The whole is balanced with a delicate bitterness.

Despite its high alcohol content, it is not irritating, but rather warming. When swallowed, surprising notes of coffee are left on the palate, which is unusual for this style of beer. This Barley Wine beer is a refined and flavorful experience that is worth tasting with growing interest

PRODUCENT -  Trzech Kumpli

Our approach is very simple. This is how we started and this is how we will always brew. Beer is always in the first place for us - it must be of the highest quality. Brewed without haste, carefully thought out and refined. Without any flaws. Exactly what we would like to drink ourselves. Our ambition is to boast world-class beer. How do we do it? First of all, we use the best quality ingredients - excellent malt, super aromatic and maximum fresh hops from the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic and Poland. Our yeast gets perfect conditions for a healthy, turbulent and clean fermentation, and the immaculately clean and devoid of oxygen-killing bottling completes the work. Simple, right?
