Igrok is our “base” RIS, or
Idiot
, who went for several months to bourbon barrels (Jack Daniels and Woodford). The process of aging at low temperatures gave it an oak character, smoothed its feistiness and added sweet, slightly vanilla notes characteristic of bourbon.
Igrok is a beer for longer contemplation, but treacherously drinkable. We recommend caution:)
