Apple spirit is one of our four novelties. The first batch is only 94 bottles.
Classic apple spirit, from a mixture of varieties from Beskid fruit growers. In a moderately intense, pleasant smell there is a lot of freshness and smell of sweet-tart, ripe apples. Alcohol is pretty much hidden. The taste is still apples, but you can also feel a lot of pears, almonds, amaretto and the spiciness of chilli peppers. In the finish there is a lot of fruity bitterness, black tea, almonds.
