Pear spirit is one of the five novelties of this brand. The first batch is only 95 bottles.
OVII pear spirit is the result of several days of maceration of whole fruits, and then their double distillation, during which we reject up to half of the output as fractions containing heavy metals and unpleasant moonshine notes. One bottle consists of approx. 12kg of fruit. All aromatic and flavored notes come from fruit – in the production process we do not add any aromas, dyes or improvers.
