The second beer from our new BIOTRANSFORMERS series is WEED IPA. We chose hops for this Ipa, which in our opinion most reflect the notes of ganji, i.e. Apollo, Chinook, Columbus, Strata and Summit. Also in this beer we used a food enzyme preparation. It consists of β-glucosidase enzymes, which are capable of hydrolyzing glycosidic bonds, releasing monoterpene alcohol compounds and glucose. It has been developed to support the biotransformation of hop oils, which significantly affects the complexity of the aroma and taste of hops in beer. Biotransformers #2 WEED IPA does not contain psychoactive substances derived from cannabis.

Hops: Whirlpool Hops – Apollo; Chinook; Loss. Dryhop Hops: Apollo; Columbus; Loss; Summit. Malts: pilsen, oat malt, wheat malt, oatmeal, wheat flakes, short malt, dextrin malt. The hopping is at the level of 23 g/L.
