We have prepared for you a new version of “Cloudy with a Chance of Bitterness” IPA for 2021. In this beer, we combined the tricks used in New England IPA beers with the higher bitterness found in West Coast IPA beers. So we have here the clash of two fronts: the eastern, which is responsible for juiciness and fruitiness, and the western one, characterized by greater bitterness and dryness. Biomet, however, is paradoxically beneficial here, which is why Cloudy is characterized by high drinkability. This time the beer was fermented with London Fog.

Hops: Bitterness Hop – Simcoe, Whirlpool Hops – Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata. Dryhop Hops: Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Strata. Malts: Pilsen, wheat malt, oatmeal, short malt, oat malt, glucose, light caramel malt. The hopping is at the level of 21 g/L
