“Dr. Hazy #2” is a murky IPA with a unique character. In the brewing process, Polish Cupid Pret and Książęca hops were used, as well as a New Zealand additive called Phantasm, made from the skins of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Marlborough region. The aim of this combination was to replicate the taste of white Sauvignon Blanc wines from New Zealand in the context of IPA beer.

This beer is characterized by a high intensity of flavor and aroma. After fermentation, it has been additionally enriched with Cupid Preta hops and American varieties HBC 586, Idaho #7 and Mosaic cold-cooled, which gives it aromatic richness. In addition, yeast has been used to promote the release of thiol compounds, which can affect subtle aspects of taste and aroma. “Dr. Hazy #2” is a beer that combines a variety of flavors and ingredients from different parts of the world, creating a unique and extremely aromatic profile. It is an ideal proposition for lovers of beers with intense flavors and aromas, looking for something special.
