The latest installment of our New England IPA was dominated by the experimental hops HBC 630, also in the form of Cryo. It provides the taste and aroma of mango, pineapple, bright citrus and berries. Hop crater – hops rule here!
Malts: Pilsen malt, oat malt, wheat malt, oatmeal, wheat flakes, dextrin malt. Whirlpool hops: HBC 630 Cold hops: HBC 630, HBC 630 Cryo. The hopping is at the level of 22 g/l.
