Cooperation with the Funky Fluid Brewery resulted in the creation of Phantastic Day. In this beer, we combine the world of extremely aromatic Sauvignon Blanc wine from the Marlborough region with a double IPA. The beer is strongly hopped in the least expected moments using the following varieties: Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, HBC 586, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. We fermented them using special yeast that enhances the taste and aroma of IPA, and a magic powder full of thiols called Phantasm. Phantasm is produced from powdered Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from the Marlborough region of New Zealand. Added during the brewing process, it gives the beer an additional flavor of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, citrus, guava and passion fruit. The label of this beer was created with the help of artificial intelligence and is our debut label created using this technology.

Ingredients: Pilsen malt, wheat malt, oat malt, short malt, dextrin malt, maltodextrin. Hopping in mashing: Cascade. Hopping during cooking: Hallertau Blanc. Hopping in a centrifuge: Citra, Hallertau Blanc, HBC 586, Mosaic. Hops in fermentation: HBC 586, Nelson Sauvin, Phantasm. Dry hopping: Citra, HBC 586, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin.
