We have a fresh pils for you, this time in a style that is poorly represented in Poland. Sorachi Ninja is a Japanese-style pils, in which the Japanese hops Sorachi Ace play a major role. Sorachi Ace gave the beer notes of lemon zest, lemongrass and coriander. The secret addition here is prepared rice, which gives the beer a sophisticated lightness. Remember that only a ninja can stop a ninja!
Sorachi Ninja
Malts: Pilsen malt, rice flakes; prepared rice; short malt; dextrin malt. Single Hop Sorachi Ace. The hopping is at the level of 16 g/L.
