“BROKREACJA ALL BEERS MATTER – OLD ALE” is a strong, dark beer, distinguished by a solid aging process, which gives it a rich taste and aroma. The beer is dominated by malt notes, such as caramel, nuts and toast, emphasizing the deep character. There is also no shortage of fruit esters and elements associated with liqueur, which give beer additional complexity.
This beer was brewed in cooperation with Kacper Myśliński, the winner of the Krakow Home Beer Competition (KPD). The ingredients used include water, barley malts (Pale Ale, caramel 150, Special W, Biscuit, Carafa Special III), molasses, ECG hops and yeast.
