The basic incarnation of People Hold Your Hats was introduced earlier this year. It’s the PB&J Imperial Milk Stout, inspired by the popular sandwich. We used peanut butter, cherry juice and lactose to brew it. It came out sweet, filling and tasting.
On the one hand, we decided to conquer, but on the other hand, also to break the original style of beer, using delicious Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. And it was a hit! On the one hand, the beer enhanced the cherry-nut experience and was supported by a bit of vanilla, but it also acquired the characteristic bourbon flair. It is beautiful aroma, we will never forget it!
