The adventure with the second cooperation with Abelard Giza is slowly coming to an end. Before you its third, and at the same time the second barrel-aged scene. Here are the people: Hold the hats in the Woodford Bourbon BA version.
As it happens, last week it was exactly one year since Abelard came to our brewhouse to brew a beer invented together with Tomek. Imperial Milk Stout inspired by the PB&J sandwich, which in the case of this beer manifested itself in the addition of peanut butter and cherry juice. From the beginning, we assumed that we would pour beer into at least two types of barrels and so we did.
At the turn of 2020 and 2021, we poured part of LTK into the barrels of Wild Turkey and Woodford. Both bourbons showed a lot of common denominators, but their contribution is noticeably different. Therefore, we recommend trying both at once.
The latest edition is primarily creamy, vanilla, smooth, with a slight interjection of noble alcohol at the finish. It noticeably conquers peanut butter, slightly suppressing cherries. This arrangement suits us, so we boldly proclaim the memorable: you will be satisfied.
