We present our latest interpretation of the Baltic Porter style, which we have been working on for several (teen?) months.
First, we created a strong, fairly dry foundation.
Then we chose fresh Jim Beam bourbon barrels for her, in which the beer spent several months.
At the end, we decided to infuse the beer with tobacco and flower petals, specifically cornflower.
An elegant, multidimensional beer was created, with a beautiful barrel role, wonderfully harmonizing tobacco and floral touch, which entirely harmonize with the chocolate base.
