The Lumberjack – a new wave mix of black island Stout with American hops. Rye used in the charge gives the beer oiliness, which corresponds to the aftertaste of chocolate and strong resinous bitterness. The aroma is rich in coffee and chocolate notes, complemented by citrus sweetness.
Ingredients : water, malts: Pale Ale, Rye, Chocolate Rye, Chocolate Wheat, Carafa Special type III, hops: Tomahawk, Citra, Simcoe, yeast: Safale US-05.
